Senior Leader of Restore Community Church

Restore Community Church is looking for an inspiring, visionary Senior Leader to take our growing multi-congregational church family into its next season of church planting, growth, discipleship and mission.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced church leader to provide vision, strategic leadership, and pastoral oversight across four congregations in North London and Southwest Essex.

Locations: Woodford, Loughton, Epping & Enfield
Salary: From £46,000 per annum (dependent on experience and/or pro rata)
Job Type: Full-time (part-time and bi-vocational arrangements considered)
Start Date: January 2027

The Opportunity

We are prayerfully seeking a visionary and relational leader who will:

 ·       Lead Restore into a new season of spiritual growth and multiplication.

·       Cultivate a culture of discipleship, prayer and mission.

·       Develop, empower and release current and future leaders.

·       Strengthen unity across all congregations while encouraging local expression.

·       Provide strategic leadership alongside the Eldership Team and Board of Trustees.

·       Inspire the church through inspirational biblical teaching and pastoral ministry.

The successful candidate will be a gifted communicator, a mature spiritual leader and a team-builder who leads through collaboration, humility and dependence on the Holy Spirit.

Occupational Requirement
