Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Salary: £12,000–£13,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 2.5 days per week

Could you use your organisational and communication skills to help a thriving local church flourish?

Salisbury Baptist Church is a welcoming, evangelical Baptist church in the heart of the beautiful Cathedral City of Salisbury. We're passionate about helping people of all ages know Jesus, grow as disciples and serve our community. As members of the Baptist Union of Great Britain, the Evangelical Alliance and Salisbury Churches Together, we seek to be 'Christ in the Community' through worship, discipleship, outreach and practical service, creating an accessible church where people of every age and background can belong and flourish.

This varied role combines administration, organisation and communications, helping communicate our vision, mission and activities clearly and creatively, and supporting the day-to-day life of the church. Your work will enable ministry to thrive behind the scenes.

·       Has an active Christian faith

·       Is highly organised and proactive.

·       Communicates clearly and professionally.

·       Enjoys working with people.

·       Is confident using digital platforms.

·       Would enjoy serving the mission of the local church.
