Could you be our next Kitchen Team Leader? We are looking for a gifted catering manager with a love for food and a passion for people. You will oversee and efficiently manage the Lee Abbey kitchens and dining areas, while working with a multicultural team of varying ages and abilities. It would be helpful to have significant experience in operating a busy kitchen, leading and inspiring a varied team, and have a relevant catering qualification. You should be a self-starter and possess excellent organisational skills.  As a member of the community, you will take an active role in the worship, creative and serving aspects of community life, and have the opportunity to explore and use your God-given gifts. The position is for three years and is residential with an allowance structure including pension, accommodation, and full board. We are seeking someone with strong administrative skills to work in our busy Human Resources environment to support our Personnel Office. You should possess excellent computer skills in Microsoft packages and be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Good inter-personal & organisational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work as part of a team in a culturally diverse environment are essential requirements to the post.
