The DBC placement worker will work in partnership with Dereham Baptist Church, supporting them in their youth work, as well as taking a lead in Dereham based initiatives with Youth for Christ, including working with the local schools, and supporting the wider work of North Breckland Youth for Christ. It is an exciting opportunity, as we look to develop the work we do here, and see young people have their lives changed by Jesus. The opportunity is there to deliver, develop and disciple the young people. The salary for this post will be in the range of £21,100-£22,400 per annum (full-time equivalent of £26,400-£27,900 per annum) depending on experience and qualification for a period of two years. We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to drive forward and promote Kardia. The ideal candidate will be a devoted Christian, an advocate for young people and will be passionate about good mental health. The post holder will work alongside the founder of Kardia to make a difference in the lives of teenagers nationwide.
