Help the next generation grow in faith. Fairfield Church in Northwood Hills is looking for a passionate and dedicated Children and Families Worker to help shape the spiritual growth of the next generation. This is a unique opportunity to build a key ministry that gives every child in our church community the best possible foundation in the Christian faith, from their earliest years through to Youth ministry and beyond, into higher education or the workplace. The childhood and early teenage years are formative for lasting faith, and we want to make the most of them. You will work alongside families, volunteers and our Ministry Leadership Team (MLT) to nurture faith that lasts a lifetime.

We want to help people address the circumstances that have brought them to crisis, connect them with the right support, and ultimately see people move towards greater stability, independence and flourishing.
