Developing the ministry at Gorsley Baptist Church (GBC) for the 11- early 20s and supporting the transition from Children’s work into and youth, working with the children’s worker. Working with an established volunteer team, families, community groups, and engaging in a variety of events. Building connections with the youth and their parent/carers. Currently we run two groups on a Sunday across 11-18’s, one of the groups helping transition those in the youth group into main services and serving on teams. During the week we run a youth club, for about 20 young people.  It is important that the person who gets this role engages naturally with the wider church. Full job description attached. Wellspring Wembley Church (WWC) in the Wembley Park area is looking for a part-time Pastor to work with the church leadership to implement and run church strategies. The church is looking for an experienced Pastor, a newly qualified Pastor or a Minister in Training, willing to work 16 hours per week including Sundays.
