A new, specialised role to lead , develop, and advance our musical worship ministry and associated areas. This role will in part replace the previous Youth & Worship Leader role. The Worship Leader will work with the Vicar and other team members to develop all areas of this ministry, be the key person responsible for the day-to-day running of the ministry, and ensuring our worship team is given every opportunity to grow. The successful applicant will play a significant role in shaping our worship ministry across all aspects of church life. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeing the church family engage in heartfelt and authentic musical worship. They will be an encourager who cares for others.
