The Pastor is a key role within the leadership team at Chinnor Community Church.   The Pastor is expected to fulfil the New Testament requirements of an Elder, in particular to have primary responsibility, together with the other Elders, for the spiritual development of the Church through discipleship and preaching of the Word.  The Pastor will also lead the Church in developing and encouraging new thinking in its witness to the village and beyond.

We are seeking someone with a passion for leading contemporary worship and developing student ministry at Buckingham Parish Church. The primary focus of this role is to lead contemporary worship across our two congregations, with an allocation of 20 hours per week for worship and a further 10 hours per week dedicated to student ministry. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, Spirit-led pioneer who is able to uphold & work towards a vision and bring others along with them releasing their gifts for the building up of the body of Christ.
