This is an exciting opportunity for a mature Christian to shape and develop worship within a church community. The Worship Ministry Leader will provide spiritual, pastoral, and practical leadership to the worshipping life of Frinton Free Church, helping to cultivate a Christ-centred environment that enables the whole church family to encounter God. This role brings together three key areas: spiritual leadership, team development, and musical oversight, with emphasis on culture shaping and people development.

A new, specialised role to lead , develop, and advance our musical worship ministry and associated areas. This role will in part replace the previous Youth & Worship Leader role. The Worship Leader will work with the Vicar and other team members to develop all areas of this ministry, be the key person responsible for the day-to-day running of the ministry, and ensuring our worship team is given every opportunity to grow.
