In this role you will get to work as part of our growing Opportunities team to invite people into the community of generous Christian givers in the UK and serve UK Churches with support services and giving needs. You will attend events, grow networks and spot new opportunities to advance our vision, mission and necessary. Where needed you will speak on behalf of Stewardship and deliver content with excellence. You will get to support the growth of Stewardship over the coming years as we identify new clients to join the ecosystem that enables Kingdom ministry to thrive all over the UK and around the world.

Role purpose The Campaign Coordinator & Engagement Lead plays a key relational role within Mission Housing, acting as the first point of contact for enquirers and walking alongside applicants throughout their journey — from initial conversation through to successful shared ownership purchase. This role combines pastoral sensitivity, practical coordination, supporter engagement and communications. The successful candidate will help applicants navigate the Mission Housing process, support campaigns to raise loans and donations, and contribute to the organisation’s wider communications and visibility. No prior experience of property is needed as we will provide you with all the training you need. Role Description 1.
