Are you passionate about using social media to capture and share the amazing work that God is doing here at Lee Abbey? Working directly with the Reach Lead, we are looking for two people to help promote Lee Abbey to guests, church groups, partners, alumni and future Community members. We are looking for a Communications Lead (2 year role) and Digital Content Creator (1 year role). The roles will focus on capturing and telling the story of what God is doing in people’s lives in this place. It will also involve creating, developing and implementing marketing, communications, social media and digital content to promote Lee Abbey’s ministry. The successful candidate will be skilled in digital storytelling, photography, filming and editing, copywriting and simple graphic design. The role will be just one part of your life here. We are seeking someone with strong administrative skills to work in our busy Human Resources environment to support our Personnel Office. You should possess excellent computer skills in Microsoft packages and be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Good inter-personal & organisational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work as part of a team in a culturally diverse environment are essential requirements to the post. As part of the community, you will take an active role in the worship, creative and serving aspects of our life in community and welcoming our guests to Lee Abbey. This is a one year volunteer position that includes  free food and accommodation , plus a  weekly allowance .
