Could you be our next Kitchen Team Leader? We are looking for a gifted catering manager with a love for food and a passion for people. You will oversee and efficiently manage the Lee Abbey kitchens and dining areas, while working with a multicultural team of varying ages and abilities. It would be helpful to have significant experience in operating a busy kitchen, leading and inspiring a varied team, and have a relevant catering qualification. You should be a self-starter and possess excellent organisational skills.  As a member of the community, you will take an active role in the worship, creative and serving aspects of community life, and have the opportunity to explore and use your God-given gifts. The position is for three years and is residential with an allowance structure including pension, accommodation, and full board.
