PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To lead and deliver Lifecentral Church's youth ministry (11-18s) in alignment with the vision, values and strategic direction set by the Senior Leadership Team. This role focuses on excellent programme delivery, volunteer leadership, and discipleship of young people, while contributing to the wider life and mission of the church.
