Reporting to the Ministry Team Leader and working alongside the Children, Youth and Families Worker, the Community and Pastoral Minister will oversee and encourage strategic developments within our outreach work in the local community, with particular emphasis on the 18-30s age group, and also lead our pastoral care as well as taking a share of general ministerial responsibilities.
