This includes overseeing, planning and participating in weekly youth activities, walking young people through key transitions (Kids to Youth in Year 6, younger to older youth, and sixth form into adulthood), building genuine community among them, and offering pastoral care that takes seriously the pressures they face today. The Next Generation Pastor for Children, Youth, and Young Adults provides spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and strategic oversight primarily but not exclusively for the church’s ministries from birth through early adulthood.
