Families’ and Children’s Worker (21 hours per week, £33-36k pro rata)  Come and join our growing team at an exciting time for mission and ministry. Families and children are already central to life at St Andrew’s. Come to nurture an existing community and help to grow it. Come to be involved in exciting outreach, building on our positive connections with local schools, estates and squares. Come to spread the good news of the gospel to more families and children in our wonderful, diverse neighbourhood.   The post holder will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check with barred list (child workforce) and safeguarding training necessary for the role. An exciting role to help develop our growing work with children, young people and families.  St. Alban's serves the community of Beacon Hill and Hindhead in SW Surrey, 13 miles south of Guildford. We already have active groups for all ages and good links with local schools. We are looking for someone to build on the work of our current Worker, as they leave at the end of the summer. There is a team of willing and able volunteers with a heart for seeing children, young people and families come to know Jesus Christ. This is a part time role with a salary of £25-30K (pro-rata).
