3 Counties Vineyard is looking for a full time Associate Pastor and Worship Lead to join our leadership and staff team. This will be a key addition to our team and we are willing to flex the role for the right person. We envision this role living in the 3 Counties area and leading our pastoral team, overseeing welcome and newcomer integration, worship and prayer as well as supporting our senior leader in overseeing their services, including some leading and teaching. Are you a passionate leader who can inspire our church in growth, discipleship and evangelism? Herne Hill Baptist Church is seeking a Pastor to lead our diverse and welcoming congregation. The ideal candidate will be a strong biblical teacher and compassionate pastor who can help us seek God’s calling for our church. You will have a heart for engaging families, young adults and the wider community. This full-time role includes leadership, pastoral care, and strategic church development. Accommodation is included. We are seeking someone with a passion for leading contemporary worship and developing student ministry at Buckingham Parish Church. The primary focus of this role is to lead contemporary worship across our two congregations, with an allocation of 20 hours per week for worship and a further 10 hours per week dedicated to student ministry. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, Spirit-led pioneer who is able to uphold & work towards a vision and bring others along with them releasing their gifts for the building up of the body of Christ. We are looking for someone who loves the Lord Jesus to oversee and support ministry amongst children/young people and community outreach, building on relationships established through our parent/toddler groups, youth activities,  english language classes and other community outreach across all ages.  Working as part of a team alongside the full-time pastor, other part-time staff and numerous volunteers, the role also offers opportunities to use gifts and experience in various other areas of church ministry, potentially including preaching and pastoral ministry.  The role could be filled by someone on a full-time, or by more than one person part-time.  The current incumbent is moving into overseas church ministry.
