This will be a key addition to our team and we are willing to flex the role for the right person. We envision this role living in the 3 Counties area and leading our pastoral team, overseeing welcome and newcomer integration, worship and prayer as well as supporting our senior leader in overseeing their services, including some leading and teaching.
