Job Purpose and Objectives The Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and delivery of the closure of a local organisation. This complex project includes people‑related change (such as consultation and redundancy), property decommissioning and exit, logistics management, stakeholder communications, and legal and governance compliance. The role requires a strong blend of structured project management, people‑centred leadership, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy, fairness, and professionalism.
