Dispersed Accommodation Practitioner Location: Leicester, Leicestershire Salary: £26,421 per annum (pro rata) Hours: 22.5, 28 or 37 hours per week Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2027 We have 3 positions available for Dispersed Accommodation Practitioners to provide practical, emotional and personal development support to adults and children affected by domestic abuse living in dispersed accommodation. The Role Provide one-to-one support, safety planning and practical assistance. Support clients with housing, tenancy and welfare needs. Complete regular property visits and ensure accommodation is safe and well maintained. Complete assessments, support plans, risk assessments and case records. Liaise with safeguarding, housing, health and other partner agencies. Support clients to access community services and move-on accommodation.
