As a growing and active church, we have a mission to reach out to our community with the love of Christ to make a practical difference. This is especially true for young people and families who we meet in schools, our community and church activities. Too many face poverty, anxiety and social exclusion often resulting in low attendance at schools and poor engagement with services who could help. Your role will make a difference. You will build long term relationships with young people and families, working in partnership with schools and agencies to address these issues and enable positive change to their wellbeing and lives.
