This is a genuinely important role, and the right person will find it one of the most rewarding they have ever done. The Role You will be the first point of contact for veterans who are at risk of, or already involved with, the justice system. Working as part of a close-knit support team, you will triage referrals, make timely first contact, complete initial registrations, and provide accurate guidance, all while maintaining detailed records on a case management system.
