We’re recruiting for a large, established charity launching a brand-new, long-term funded employment programme, where you’ll support people with mental health support needs to find and sustain work.
We are recruiting for roles across Barnet, Brent and Hillingdon.
You’ll be trained as an IPS Employment Specialist, managing a caseload of around 25 people. You’ll provide one-to-one support while also approaching local employers to identify job opportunities.
It’s a community-based role, working across NHS services, Job Centres, council offices and other partner locations.
What we're looking for You don't need previous Employment Advisor experience, but you must have at least 6 months' experience in either:
