We are seeking a warm, compassionate and organised Signposting & Support Officer to join our team. This role is central to ensuring that everyone who visits the foodbank feels welcomed, listened to and supported in a dignified and respectful way. You will offer one‑to‑one support conversations, help identify underlying needs, and signpost people to appropriate local and national services such as benefits advice, debt support, housing, employment and wellbeing services. You will also help create a calm, safe and hospitable environment and support volunteers in delivering a trauma‑informed and consistent approach.
