Main Responsibilities –Kitchen Manager / Chef You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day provision of excellent quality food within the price constraints of the charity, and build upon the high reputation of the kitchen. To manage the staff in the kitchen ensuring they have the highest standard of food safety and hygiene and to manage costs and ensure budgets are adhered to. Kitchen Manager / Chef Duties (not an exhaustive list) Producing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the guests at set meal times. Produce food for guests with special dietary requirements.
