All Office versions, VPN and remote access clients, RDP protocols, thin clients, Active Sync, all modern browsers
Broad range of network and desktop knowledge including TCP/IP, Ethernet
Technologies: Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory. Microsoft Exchange, VPN, SQL, inc. Azure
Demonstrated knowledge of current & future PC, mobile & tablet computing technology
