SUMMARY All Saints Odiham is looking to hire a Children and Families pastor to lead and envision Children’s discipleship. All Saints is a lively, growing church in the market town of Odiham in North Hampshire. Our threefold mission is focused on growing in faith, sharing God's love across our community, and telling others about Jesus, that they would know him. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Children’s and Families pastor who will lead our rapidly growing Sunday provision, grow relationships with families, and be a visionary and catalyst for new events and projects throughout the week. Our families and children’s work is growing at an exciting pace, mainly on Sundays at our informal service. This congregation, which was started 8 years ago, is experiencing steady growth and is charismatic evangelical in style. We would love to welcome a generous-hearted individual who will help us put our children and young people right at the centre of our church life, as well as developing our links with the local school and housing estate, and growing our successful family Forest Church which ensures the place of climate justice in our worship.  The right person will lead and develop the children’s and youth work across two parishes: St Mary’s and St Swithun’s. St Mary’s currently has a young people’s work to build on, which includes ‘Lighthouse’ on Sunday mornings, a thriving Forest Church, a strongly supported ‘Breakfast Church’ attracting lots of families and a Friday evening youth club. St Swithun’s currently has no provision and this would be a pioneering work.
