We are looking to recruit a suitably gifted person to join the Leadership and Staff Team as Associate Pastor (Full-time) to help enable the church to fulfil its vision, with this role being particularly focused on the areas of discipleship and pastoral care. They will be someone who loves Jesus, is hungry for more of Him, is servant hearted and able to join in leading others. They will be authentic and rooted the way of Jesus, enabling them to lead by teaching, inspiration, and example. Working with the existing Leadership Team and staff, they will further the growing life of the church and local community. An exciting opportunity for someone passionate about helping children to discover God’s love for them.   We are a lively and family-friendly church with great teams that help run Messy Church, Play Café, Holiday club and much more. The successful applicant will work with children 0-11 years in our church and local schools, building on established children’s and families’ work and developing closer links in the community. You will be part of a supportive staff team who encourage each other and will manage and lead teams of committed volunteers. Training can be provided.
