This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of a fresh vision, enabling ministry and mission through effective systems, volunteer leadership, and team coordination. You’ll lead on day-to-day operations including HR, safeguarding, building management, governance, events, and comms – all while helping to shape a strong, prayerful culture.
