3 Counties Vineyard are looking for an Operations Manager to deliver the operational functions of our church. This critical role enables the smooth running of our church ministries and keeps us legal, compliant and healthy. The Operations Manager reports to our Senior Leader and, for the company secretary element of the role, to our Chair of Trustees. Role : This is a broad ranging role leading on Finance, HR, Facilities, Legal, IT, Health & safety, Compliance and Safeguarding; line managing three part time staff (finance, admin & facilities); enabling ministry leaders (both staff and volunteers); and supporting our trustees as company secretary.
