The United Reformed Church, West Midlands Trust Ltd is a charitable trust. The West Midlands Synod is one of 13 synods of the United Reformed Church.  It covers the area from the Welsh borders across to Rugby, and from Leek in North Staffordshire southwards to Wotton-under-Edge in Gloucestershire.  At time of writing this includes 93 churches.

The Trust's employees are based in the Synod Office and provide administrative, legal, property and governance support to churches and ministers in the area. Some of the posts include hybrid working.
