We are looking for a talented individual to support the work of our high achieving and target driven Corporate Partnerships team and ambitious five-year growth strategy. Working closely with the Head of Business Development and Head of Corporate Partnerships this role will serve as a vital administrative and operational support function within the Corporate Partnerships (CP) team enabling them to focus their energy on cultivating and strengthening key partner relationships and work closely across our ecommerce, network and marketing functions to bring impact to life. They will also get the opportunity to learn about charity/corporate partnerships, manage their own smaller scale corporate relationships and new business opportunities with targets against them.
The aim is to enable growth and efficiencies across the corporate partnerships team to unlock more product donations from our corporate partners, which directly support the charitable organisations in our network.
This is a varied and interesting role, and a great development opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the charity sector.
Crucially, you will have experience coordinating and multitasking, managing different projects with different stakeholders at any given time. This really is a chance to make real change and impact the lives of so many people.
The role is based out of our London Bridge office. We operate a hybrid working practice and expect the individual to be in the office a minimum of 2 x days a week.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
• Strong administrative skills, ideally experience of using databases
• Excellent written communication skills
• Well organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
• Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking and presenting to different audiences
• Ability to build relationships and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• A collaborative working style, adaptable to different team styles
• Ability to take responsibility for agreed objectives and targets
• Experience of developing presentations, reports and analytics using PowerPoint and Excel
• Some experience with CRM databases
• Demonstrable interest in the charity sector, corporate responsibility, social enterprise and In Kind Direct's area of work
