Schedule and organise meetings, appointments, and events for key stakeholders.
Ensure all scheduling conflicts are resolved promptly and effectively.
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders regarding appointments and changes.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and relevant documentation as required.
Maintain accurate records and update calendars regularly to reflect changes.
Assist in prioritising appointments and commitments for senior staff members.
Support the wider Secretarial & Business Support department with administrative tasks as needed.Profile
