Description
Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and managing interviews.
Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
Maintain accurate HR records and manage sensitive data with confidentiality.
Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
Handle grievance and disciplinary procedures effectively.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience working within the Not For Profit sector or similar organisations.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.Job Offer
