The Pastor is a key role within the leadership team at Chinnor Community Church. The Pastor is expected to fulfil the New Testament requirements of an Elder, in particular to have primary responsibility, together with the other Elders, for the spiritual development of the Church through discipleship and preaching of the Word. The Pastor will also lead the Church in developing and encouraging new thinking in its witness to the village and beyond.
Chinnor Community Church based in Oxfordshire is a spirit led, lively evangelical church with a growing body of approximately 100 people.
