We’re looking for a Youth Outreach Specialist to support young people aged 18–25 who are currently out of work due to health-related barriers. You’ll work with a small caseload, building trust, motivation, and confidence, helping young people take their first steps toward employment, education, or further support.
This is a community-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship-building, and making a tangible difference. We have roles in Ealing and Brent.
Key responsibilities
Manage a caseload of up to 25 young adults
Build trusted one-to-one relationships and support motivation and confidence
Carry out outreach and engagement activities in the local community
Work with partners and services to create progression opportunities
Support young people to explore next steps and access appropriate servicesAbout you
Experience supporting young people or adults with barriers to work (or similar challenges)
Confident building relationships with hard-to-reach individuals
Comfortable working independently in the community
Enjoy working to targets to make a difference
