Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Youth Pathways Team Leader to lead a small team delivering an innovative new service supporting young people aged 18–25 who are out of work due to health-related barriers. Its a great charity to work for who have won awards for being a great employer. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll manage and develop a team while holding a small caseload yourself, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong outcomes.   Lead and supervise a small team to meet targets and KPIs Monitor performance and provide coaching, mentoring and field support Manage a small caseload of young adults Support participants using structured action planning and CBT-informed techniques Build relationships with employers and local partners to create opportunities Ensure accurate recording, compliance and service qualityAbout you   Experience managing performance and leading teams Background supporting young people or adults with mental health or complex barriers Strong partnership and stakeholder engagement skills Outcome-focused, resilient and motivatedPLEASE NOTE:  This is a 12 month contract pending extension.
