Facilities Officer – The Society of Analytical Psychology The Society of Analytical Psychology is seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Officer to oversee the efficient functioning of its premises, offices systems and procedures. The Society of Analytical Psychology – the SAP – is a psychoanalytical organisation of Jungian analysts and psychotherapists which provides education and training courses in this field, as well as organising professional conferences, workshops, seminars and public events to develop and share professional knowledge. About the Role The Facilities Officer will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of office systems and procedures, premises management, supplies procurement and catering, as well as supporting the CEO in ensuring that the Society complies with relevant legislation and best practice This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organising complex processes, enjoys a variety of practical, organisational, and people-focused tasks and enjoys collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. What We’re Looking For * Experience of managing an office space, and ideally an office building, including initiating and maintaining administrative and organisational procedures, procurement and managing contractors and vendors * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Exceptional organisational and administrative skills * Proactive, motivated and able to work on own initiative as well as in a team * Flexible approach * Good IT skills and understanding of Microsoft Office Contract & Practical Details * Contract: Full-time (initial one-year contract) * Hours: 14 hrs /week * Salary: £40000 per annum equivalent, ie £16,000 pro rata The Job Description and Person Specification are available on our website.
