Description
Coordinate the Commercial Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and managing appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for the Commercial Director.
Support the planning and execution of key departmental projects.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for the department.
Liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Profile
A successful EA to Commercial Director should have:
Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant to director or SLT position
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
A professional attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience in the not-for-profit industry is advantageous.Job Offer
