At Ainon Baptist Church, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community and Family Engagement Worker to join our team. As a Bible-believing Christian community, it is a genuine occupational requirement that the successful applicant will share our Christian faith and be prepared to join and worship with our church congregation.
This role is pivotal in reaching out to the community, particularly in key growth areas such as young families, through building relationships, weekly groups, and organising events. You will have a passion for mission, family ministry, and a heart for community outreach and engaging with unbelievers in innovative ways, and the freedom to lead and build this ministry.
We are a lively, bible-believing family church in the heart of the thriving community of Tongwynlais near Cardiff.
Sitting in the shadow of the historic Castell Coch (Red Castle), the village acts as a base for outdoor enthusiasts and also commuters.
We want to make more and stronger links with the families in our local community to show them the love of Jesus, both practically, and spiritually.
