Description
Facilitate tenancy sign‑ups, conduct visits, and oversee any changes to tenancy arrangements.
Manage tenancy endings and carry out pre‑void property checks.
Address neighbour concerns and handle low‑level anti‑social behaviour cases.
Promote tenancy sustainability and support initiatives that improve customer engagement.
Undertake estate inspections to maintain and uphold property standards.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to provide effective customer support.
Profile
Background in housing management or a similar sector involving direct customer interaction
Strong ability to manage challenging situations and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
Solid understanding of housing management processes and the needs of tenants
Proficient in using housing management IT systems
Knowledge of statutory and voluntary organisations that provide support related to housing services
