The Workplace Coordinator will be responsible for:
Manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring all workplace services run smoothly.
Coordinate with service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and security requirements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the workplace.
Support the delivery of office moves, refurbishments, or workspace changes.
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory levels.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace-related queries.
Assist in implementing sustainability initiatives within the office environment.
Maintain accurate records of workplace operations and vendor agreements.Profile
A successful Workplace Coordinator should have:
