Middlesbrough Community Church (MCC) are looking for a Senior Leader who feels called to make a meaningful impact on the community in Middlesbrough by loving and seeking God; leading, developing and caring for a family of people who will show the world the love of Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.
We are looking for a leader who has a clear, personal calling to MCC, the local area of Middlesbrough and wider Teesside; someone who is strong in vision casting and thinking strategically, frequently seeking God and leading with faith and Godly inspiration, moving forward together with other committed leaders and church members.
We are seeking someone who thinks and acts with care and compassion, ready to build the Core Leadership Team and nurture, enable and release ministry in the church family. They will be ambassadors for MCC and think missionally about God’s world.
There is a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post-holder to be a practising Christian in agreement with the church’s vision and values.
