My client is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Frontline Welfare Advisor to join the team immediately. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you’ll be supporting individuals facing challenging circumstances with practical advice and guidance.
💼 The Role
As a Frontline Welfare Advisor, you will:
* Provide advice and support on welfare benefits, housing, and debt
* Support clients with Universal Credit, Housing, Employment and other benefits
* Manage a caseload and maintain accurate records
* Offer advocacy and signposting to additional services
* Work directly with vulnerable individuals in a frontline setting
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Experience in welfare rights, benefits advice, housing, or debt support
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, empathetic, and solution-focused approach
* Experience in the charity, voluntary, or community sector (desirable)
🔒 Essential Requirement
* You MUST hold a current Enhanced DBS (or be on the Update Service)
