Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation. Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all arrangements are in place. Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner. Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required. Handle data entry and ensure information is up-to-date and accurate. Support with filing, photocopying, and other general office tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations within the department.Profile A successful Admin should have: Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheets. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Offer Competitive hourly rate of £12.00 - £15.00, based on experience.
