Talent Advisor (Temporary)
Location: Remote with occasional office attendance in SE1
Contract Type: Temporary, immediate start for 8 weeks. Mon- Friday 34.5 hours
Hourly Rate: £25.57 (PAYE)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry to mid-level vacancies.
Engage effectively with candidates and mid-level stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey.
Collaborate with team members to drive recruitment initiatives and meet organisational goals.
Ensure timely scheduling of interviews and follow-ups to maintain an efficient recruitment pipeline.
Provide a supportive and positive experience for candidates, representing our client's values.
Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies that align with the organisation's mission.What We are Looking For:
Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in managing straightforward vacancies.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
