Job Description
CBC is a small, diverse, evangelical church family full of potential for future growth. We're looking for our next Minister to have experience in church leadership, to have gifts of preaching, teaching, pastoral care and to be our visionary leader in outreach to a growing community.
CBC is a warm and welcoming fellowship, prayerfully seeking a Bible focused leader to guide us into the next season of growth, discipleship and local outreach. We're looking for a servant leader with a deep love for Jesus Christ and someone with a heart for local mission.
As a member of the Baptist Union of Great Britain we need our Minister to be in full agreement with it's Declaration of Principle. Right to live and work in the UK is essential. In addition to the Baptist Union Annual Stipend (currently £30,400) we provide a family house and expenses. CBC is committed to safeguarding and follows safer recruitment practices.
