Assistant Pastor - youth focus

We are looking for an Assistant Pastor to join our leadership team.

About The King’s Church, Arnold.

The King’s Church Arnold is a vibrant, growing church of around 100+ adults and 30+ children and young people, serving the north of the city of Nottingham.  We have a passion to see people grow in their faith and make a difference in their community.  We play an active role in our network Ground Level and partner with churches in our suburb, Arnold, and our city, Nottingham.

Role Overview

This role will have a dual focus: leading our work among young people and growing in church leadership.  We are not simply looking to fill a vacancy; we are looking to invest in a person.

This could be a 3, 4 or 5-day role depending on the skills and gifting of the person appointed.  The core role of Assistant Pastor with a responsibility for young people is three days. However, for candidates with the gifting, experience, and a desire to take on wider leadership responsibilities, this could be four or five days.
