Job Description
Operations Manager Role
St Luke’s Cranham are seeking a passionate and effective Operations Manager who is excited about bringing clarity, organisation and impact to the ministry and mission of our church. Working closely with the Vicar and Senior Leadership Team, you will bring strategic oversight to our operations and work to develop our processes, structures and team dynamics as we seek to grow.
You will be willing to serve the life of the church across the departments to shape and oversee all our operational functions, ensuring that our people, resources and buildings are effectively managed and aligned to enable our vision. With scope to develop robust systems, improve the efficiency of our processes, support strategic and financial planning, governance and policy making, along with property management.
You will also be key in an exciting new project to improve our communal space for community outreach and play a pivotal role in helping us pursue our vision to see Cranham and Upminster transformed by the Kingdom of God.
