About us: Crofts End Church was established as a mission for local miners in 1895 and  throughout its history the church has been integral in serving in the community in which  God established it.   In the past year we have appointed a new Senior Pastor. This critical role enables the smooth running of our church ministries and keeps us legal, compliant and healthy. The Operations Manager reports to our Senior Leader and, for the company secretary element of the role, to our Chair of Trustees. Role : This is a broad ranging role leading on Finance, HR, Facilities, Legal, IT, Health & safety, Compliance and Safeguarding; line managing three part time staff (finance, admin & facilities); enabling ministry leaders (both staff and volunteers); and supporting our trustees as company secretary.
